FUNNY THINGS….

-- They say laughter is the best medicine.Usually I don't put much stock in what they say. Except is this instance. Because if anything we sure get our share of laughs around here.
  --Our dog Waffles is afraid to walk in the woods behind our house. He is happy at first until a leaf happens to fall from a tree and he yelps and runs all the way back to the house nonstop in just a few seconds. Or a bug happens to land on his nose and then he is gone at lightning speed.                                                                                                            
--Our other dog Jerry-Lee when happy and excited will dance swishing her body like a big snake while jumping in the air. Some times she hides in a big pile of grass clippings or leaves and likes to jump out and scare you. You actually can hear her snickering. Thank heavens it isn’t winter because she hides any where then.                                                                                     
  --When our cat Hansel stole the deer hide hanging in the neighbors tree across their yard and started dragging it towards our yard. The two dogs were barking like crazy egging her on . All though the deer hide was too heavy and the encouragement from the dogs helped she was just to plain tired. but she gave it her all. The time she jumped out of the top of the tree while I was on the riding lawn mower and landed on my lap almost giving me a heart attack. We seem to get enough laughter from our whack-doodle pets…..
