--We first realized we were in trouble trying to fill our children up with baby food in a jar. When we were constantly making a run to the store to get more.
--My wife came up with the idea of running what we were having for dinner though a food processor. Since basically that’s what baby food jars were filled with. And we never really used a lot of spices. That’s what we did. The children seemed to enjoy it and weren’t crying constantly because baby food from the jar wasn’t filling them up. .
--The baby doctor thought it was OK, but we sort of forgot to mention we had been doing it for awhile before we mentioned it to him.
--The children were happy and growing according to schedule and that was all that counted. Personally I really think the children liked it because the food tasted a lot better some of that stuff in baby food jars was worse than hospital food....
