SWITCHING GEARS....

--The space and time between the transition is sticky at times. But with a little maintenance and careful nudging even a old transmission can be nursed along. Or so I was once told by a old garage mechanic. He was right of course the car in question lasted for quite awhile before finally quitting.
--Like the transmission in the old car I once had I’m finding with the constant  shenanigans of dear old mother nature it's requiring allot of gentle nudging hear and there just to keep these old creaky bones upright and moving about.
--I do find it quite funny at times when a new ping or rattle comes along and tries to throw a monkey wrench into the works. It makes for a bit of a trying experience. But as along as I remember to ease of a bit until the rhythm can be restored I’m usually fine,
--My wife just shakes her head when she sees me whispering towards the sky and mumbling. Because she knows I’m usually in the middle of dealing with a new rattle. but like everything in life with a little patience and practice things have a way of working themselves out....
