--Sometimes I feel like a yo yo, with a knot in the
string on a upside down day. Oh, you know the one where one day it's in the
high 70's and the next it's in the low 50's. Meanwhile your body's stuck
somewhere in between. Trying to figure out if your hot or cold.
--Of course once everything settles down it works a little better, it just those dang fool upside down day's can get to be bit of a pain.
--Over the years I've come to the conclusion that it's best to be prepared, sure it gets to be a head scratcher keeping track of where in Sam Hill the old long John's are constantly. But in the end it pays of, for just that few seconds of brief comfort before the next round begins.
--My wife's gotten used to the whole thing but at first it was a big step, and one she had a hard time taking. But now she's gotten used to living with a old pink hat wearing fool I guess because she doesn't even bat a eye when I run off to find the old longjohns, because I'm cold......
