--When the children were little and before actually I had a tendency to sing or hum a silly song when I worked or just puttered around. It raised a lot of eyebrows over the years. But I always figured oh well.
--Then of course my wife and I married and luckily she thought it was cute. Little did she know there was quite a bit more to the package. And over the years she learned to go with the flow. And of course walk real fast when out shopping with me.
--The children loved the silly songs when they were little. Not so much as they grew older. But hey by then they learned to humor the old man. Probably waiting patiently for that day when he forgot things. Hoping the silly songs was one of them.
--Now well I figure I’m just too dang old to start changing things I like doing that don't hurt anybody. In fact over the years some of the silly songs have brought smiles to a few people who have crossed my path. And the others ones well I’m sure it provided them with something to chat about with their friends.
--Either way it's just one of the things that I use to keep me focused on maintaining and having a good day. And that’s what it’s all about when it gets right down to it….
