ROLLING WITH THE FLOW….

--Nobody said life was easy. In fact sometimes it can be a real pain the neck. But that’s the way it is I guess. You take the good with bad and try to roll with the flow. Keeping in mind that thing’s get better at least that is what I told the kitten Squash today.                                                                                      
 --For about a week or two the old cat Dinky has been chasing him and making him yell like he was dying or worse. Several attempts were made to see what was going on. But by the time that anyone in our family got there it was all ready broken up until the next episode would happen.                        
--This weird behavior of Dinky’s went on for a couple of weeks. With the running to the rescue of Squash and the constant scolding of Dinky. We tried giving the older cat more attention thinking perhaps he’s being neglected and in need of some positive attention. We even purchased a couple of cans of his favorite food to prove of our love for him.                    
 --Nothing seem to work to help poor Squash. We felt bad that Squash had to hide from the old mean cat Dinky. Squash would slink and crawl across the floor when he went from room to room trying very hard not to attract too much attention from the hostile Dinky.                                                            
 --Finally our solution to Squash’s problem came at night. It was late at night and Squash was still in the kitchen. He let out this horrible yell  I ran to the kitchen to save the poor kitten from the old monster cat. When I reached the kitchen I found the old cat Dinky had Squash pinned to the floor with one paw and holding him still with the other paw. He was a licking him all over. Squash was trying to get away but Dinky held him down. I guess Dinky wasn’t trying to be mean and nasty. He just thought the kitten was in need of a bath and was determined to give him one…..
